曹磊：跨境电商行邮税税率提高行业将面临困局

However, Contrary to its gradually enormous market mode, the current state of this industry is not looking good by insiders.据中国电子商务研究中心主任曹磊介绍，中国拟将跨境电商行邮税税率提高三至五成，而随着中日、中韩等自贸区的推进，传统贸易的进口差价将会与跨境电商逐步缩小，正在靠价格战打市场的跨境电商将面临行业困局。Cao Lei, the chairman of China e-commerce researching center, introduced that China planned to increase 30% to 50% to rates of cross-border e-commerce’s mail tax. With pushing of China-Japan and China-Korea FTZs, importing spread between traditional trading and cross-border e-commerce will gradually shrinked, cross-border e-commerce who gained market with price wars will face with predicament.事实上，跨境电商领域的企业也已远远突破了当年千团大战的规模。根据商务部2014年的统计，我国从事跨境电商的平台企业已经超过5000家，而通过各类平台开展跨境电子商务业务的外贸企业超过20万家。In fact, enterprises in cross-border e-commerce have further breakthrough the scale ofthousand groups’war. According to the statistics of Ministry of Commerce in 2014, quantity of cross-border e-commerce in China has overpass 5000, and there are over 200 thousand of foreign-trading enterprises who carry out cross-border e-commerce by various platform.曾在团购、O2O等领域上演的价格战、同质化问题正在跨境电商领域续写，价格战亦随之而来。业内认为，在告别价格战之后，跨境电商的行业格局将初步确定。Price wars and homogenization have happened in group purchasing and O2O are continuing to write among cross-border e-commerce. The insiders thought after that, pattern of cross-border e-commerce will be initially identified.谈及2016年跨境电商的整体格局，相关研究人士表示，随着互联网巨头的快速进入，跨境电商领域将会出现巨头并购、投资小公司的情形，通过并购垂直领域的公司来完善自己的整体布局。Talking about the holistic pattern, related researchers said with fast entering of Internet magnates, merger among magnates and invest to small companies will happen in this territory. They will perfect their holistic layouts by mergering companies in vertical territory.
